If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your order, we will refund the full value of any products provided the conditions below are met:
1) You return the products in question to us within 14 days of receipt of your order.
2) You return the items back to us in a resalable condition. This means unworn, in the same condition you received them and with all labels and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons if they have been worn, or the packaging is not intact.
In case any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve the situation for you.
If you qualified for free UK delivery and then returned your order for a refund we will deduct £5.00 delivery costs from the refund.
Please note that we are currently unable to offer an international freepost returns label, so, unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of postage, either of your original order or the return.
All returns are the customers responsibility until signed for in the Yorkshire Sock Company Warehouse.
